Who we are

Shop Insane is the storefront for digital products, Planet Insane clothing, and real-world services (training, camera, editing, consults) operated by EJ Insane. Contact: ejinsane@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone — when you book, buy, write, or join the list.
• Booking details — service, time, notes, location, travel band, package.
• Payment confirmation — amount, method, invoice number. We do not store card numbers. Stripe, PayPal, and Cash App take those.
• Reviews you post on this site.
• Technical: IP, browser, pages, cookies needed to run the cart and login-less checkout.

How we use it

To take your money, deliver the file, hold the calendar, text or email you about the job, send the weekly list if you asked for it, stop fraud, and obey the law. We do not sell your list. We do not rent it. We do not run a side hustle on your phone number.

Who sees it

Processors and hosts that make the store run:

• Stripe — cards, Apple Pay, payment links, receipts.
• PayPal — PayPal checkout.
• Cash App — Cash App checkout.
• Fourthwall — Planet Insane clothing orders and shipping.
• Cloudflare and the site host — DNS, pages, security.

They get what they need to do that job. Method of disclosure: encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS) and their own dashboards. We do not email spreadsheets of customers to strangers.

How we keep it

Cards never sit on this server. Bookings and emails sit in the store database so the calendar and invoices work. Access is limited to the operator. We use TLS in transit. No system is unhackable. If a breach hits data that can identify you, we will tell you and the people the law says we have to tell.

How long

Invoices and bookings stay as long as tax and dispute windows require. The email list stays until you say stop. Reviews stay until you ask them down or we pull them.

Your moves

Email ejinsane@gmail.com to see what we have, fix it, or delete what the law lets us delete. Unsubscribing from the weekly list does not erase a paid invoice.

Kids

This store is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect from them. A parent who finds we did should email us. It comes down.

Law

North Carolina. Venue in Mecklenburg County unless a statute says otherwise.
